Sensex & Nifty high, Intraday stock market update 09 Jan, Asian paint, DLF gainers

The Indian stock market Thursday closed in green , The BSE and NSE indices end the session high note today. The 30-share Sensex closed high 365.89 points or 1.36% at 27274.71, it toched a high of 27316.41 and touch a low of 27101.94.

The 50-share nifty index ended up 132.50 points or 1.64% at 8234.60, it touched a high of 8243.50 and touch a low of 8167.30 in trade today.

Nifty top gainers:- Asian paints 6.45%, DLF 5.68%, Kotak bank 5.62%, BPCL 5.50%, Jindal steel 5.09%, Cairn 4.71%, Ambuja cements 3.27%, Tata motors 3.27%, Hindalco 2.75%, ICICI bank 2.75%.

Nifty top losers:- Reliance 1.32% ZEEL 0.10%.
