The BSE Sensex closed green with flat note, the stocks market opened strong positive note with 30-share sensex touching a new high of 25711.11 points in early trade.
Today profit booking indices realty, capital goods, Power, Oil & gas and metals stocks and the index down to the low of 25347.33 points.
The closing update:- The 30-share Sensex was closed up 3.48 points or 0.1% at 25583.69 and the 50-share nifty was closed up 1.80 points or 0.02% at 7656.40, it was touched a high of 7683.20 and low of 7579.30.
The Sensex top 16 losers today:- Axis bank 1.56%, SBI, ICICI bank 0.36%, L&T 0.87%, BHEL 2.87%, Bajaj Auto 0.26%, ONGC 2.74%, Reliance 0.42%, SSLT 2.29% and HDFC bank 0.32%.
The nifty top gainers today:- Infosys 3.17%, Tech-mahindra 2.72%, Wipro 2.69%, Cipla 2.64%, Cairn 2.28%, TCS 1.98%, HCL Tech 1.89%, Lupin 1.79%, Coal India 1.65%, Dr. Reddy's 1.58%.
