Sensex, Nifty end record closing high on Monday, Metals & IT gain, stock market trading calls on tomorrow

Continuing their record high both Sensex and nifty, Market on Monday ends hits a news record high with the BSE Sensex Intraday high peak of 28514.98 and the NSE Nifty above 8500 mark for the first time in opening trade on sustained inflows buoyed by positive domestic and global cues.

The Sensex ended climbed 164.91 points or 0.58% at 28499.54, after hitting intra-day first record high of 28541.96 and low of 28394.48 and the Nifty ended up 52.80 points or 0.62% at 8530.15, it touched a first time record high of 8534.65 and low of 8490.80 in trade today.

Among global market, Asian market Hong Seng index was up 1.87% while Japan's Nikkei rose 0.33 per cent in early trade today.

Among DLF 5.59%, Jindal steel 4.44%, Tata power 4.31%, Infosys 3.13%, Tata steel 3.02%, Hindalco 2.93%, ZEEL 2.55%, ICICI bank 2.44%, HCL Tech 2.27%, BHEL 1.92% were top gainers today.

Power Grid 2.46%, Cipla 1.59%, Reliance 1.39%, ACC 0.92%, Sun Pharma 0.83%, SSLT 0.74%, Bharti Airtel 0.68%, Asian paints 0.60%, ONGC 0.60%, Tech-mahindra 0.58% top losers today.
